A black dude (marketing director) later shows up and has a seat and says “Let me ask you black folks a question” and starts talking. I was waiting for them to bust out laughin as if he said that as a joke. I just sat there with a blank stare as he continued to talk to us

    Niggas are missing the point.Genre is irrelevant in the scheme of things.The problem is that once the stereo goes OFF,white children have a history of financial security and higher education to pattern their REAL lives after,while black children buy into these media outlets lies and rhetoric and it becomes their reality.Rappers aren’t the only reason or problem,but they do play a significant part in the demise of civility and morality in young impressionable people of ALL races.

    Morph is right on this one.. Look at the stagnation in hip-hop’s content.. Even rappers I like are still money ho’s clothes drugs cars and jewels.. It’s annoying and past played out.. They’re rewarding the fuckery.. Rock folks don’t get to do that, aren’t encouraged to do that.. The argument is that it’s “what the people want”, but is it really? After 15 years of the same subject matter do we really need to hear more clothes and money rap? Fuck that.
