i almost put Stillmatic…but as great as his lyrics are, nas lps are filled with such average soundscapes… no stand out, killer beats in a long career… maybe “made you look” or “reason”…

anyone who has witnessed or participated in the art of beatmaking will know, within the first 10 sec of listening to a dilla track, just how much of a genius the dude really was
