   ^thanks man, I didn’t wanna be debbie downer this morning, but I had to express how I felt cause this shit is still on my mind. Crazy thing is, where this took place, I breeze past there almost every night, late night too, like 4am.

   From what the chicks was telling me is dude didn’t even look mad when he did it, he just walked up and did it, and the police was on the corner, smfh.

   A rapper explain his art is a little like magician explaining his tricks

   The abstractness in my rapping is done to an extent on purpose

   I am a little like doom , talib or common (who is one of my idols) ….

   I don’t pick as abstract beats as doom does / makes … Cause I don’t think I need too… I do not like that everybody color within the lines in this era …nobody does anything diff in rap…everybody looks , talks , acts the same…

   While I purposely rap “weird”

   Rap is not a joke for me… I have an appreciation for the culture and a respect for its history

   Time was an extent me trying to create some thing I feel was myself but could be enjoyed by others

   I am working on a project that is striving towards a middle …weird enough to not feel like a slave to melody…but still some what accessible

   Other artist and djs have given me my props and I feel that

   Other artist understand me better then the “fan” can…where I am taking my art and what I am doing…

   I think joe the poteinal to do great things and be a great artist

   I didn’t make fight music out of anger …but because I respect joe as a rapper and want to give him something more traditional…to show I appreciate his opinions…even when he doesn’t enjoy a record

    @ J88– Yeah, the randomness is just as scary/fucked up as the incident.. But I remember you telling us how one of your boys ended up paralyzed.. Honestly, I couldn’t deal with that shit at all..     Its like he done already made 2 or 3 songs that sound just like this. I know its really just a throwaway track to hold people over til he get out. But if he can get out a switch his style up one more time, then he’ll be in that ‘best to ever do it’ conversation.
