David Banner & 9th Wonder – Something Is Wrong
Here’s the first leak off upcoming collaborative project between Banner and 9th that will be called Death Of A Popstar. This particular track is clearly inspired by the horrible story of Derrion Albert, and I understand the entire project will be themed around Banner’s slap-some-sense-into-you style of social commentary.

Man, Tahiry is the quintessential attention whore. It’s partially Joeys fault for giving her the exposure, because he was selfish and wanted to show her off. And of course she loved the attention, so now she’s going to try the reality show circuit (which, is a terrible idea), get eaten up the business and get spit out. She has no talent, she’s nothing special. This shit was all too predictable.

I’m with Banner on this. I wasn’t wit him when he invited Al Sharpton to sick his duck. People count him as being a conscious intellectual dude but you lose credibility when you attack a 60 year old like that.
