On December 12th, at an event billed as Alabama Pride, DMX will show off the brawling skills he earned on the mean streets of Yonkers, NY in an MMA exhibition bout vs. “musician” and Power Moves Entertainment CEO, Eric Martinez. You got Young Money, they’re on top right now. They do a certain type of music, and I support that music. Slaughterhouse is the exact opposite of Young Money. If you put a machine of that magnitude behind Slaughterhouse, Slaughterhouse is going to do anything Young Money can do. I’ll put every dollar that I have on that. Not going against Young Money, not having a Slaughterhouse vs. Young Money, none of that. I’m talking about balancing hip-hop.

He answered three of the biggest questions fans have been asking and compared the situation to what Young Money has been able to do, which, in my opinion, was a great analogy. He finished by saying, “Slaughterhouse signing to Shady Records is not a guarantee to me or to Slaughterhouse.”
