Jay told Angie the other day there’d be some new subject matter discussed on the show (which airs the 24th.)

But this clip is just him explaining for the trillionth time how he doesn’t write down raps. I’m sure some relative will you remind at the next family get-together.

Video: Steve Nash’s Vitamin Water Infomercial

Thursday, September 17th, 2009

Vitamin Water got Steve Nash to promote their new “contest” in this infomercial. You can slave away help them find their new flavor on their new Facebook application, winner gets $5,000. Curtis’ Pimpin’ Curly voice even makes an appearance:

“Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson” even makes a special appearance to let us know that he got “stanky rich” and “smells like the vault” ever since he co-created his own flavor of vitaminwater four years ago.

I don’t know if this is actually funny because I’ve never seen Steve Nash like that or if it’s corny because Curtis actually does look like one of those washed up celebs who endorse shit in infomercials, even though that was what they were going for.

400 100 Million dollars >

More details on the contest after the jump.

Video: Del tha Funkee Homosapien & Tame One – Flashback

Thursday, September 17th, 2009

Directed by Alex Ghassan of GA Films

In “Flashback,” the first video from Del The Funky Homosapien & Tame 1′s upcoming Parallel Uni-Verses project, the duo recall favorite artists and moments from the hip-hop era in which they grew up, set to a backdrop of a concert in Brooklyn, the iconic Fat Beats record shop, and various other locations throughout the city. The video’s colors and setting bring to mind classic clips from artists like Smif N Wessun, Pharcyde, & Souls of Mischief, in perfect keeping with the song’s lyrics and sample heavy beat. The “Flashback” single is available now, and the Parallel Uni-Verses album will be out October 13th on Gold Dust.

Cop the single from the iTunes Music Store.
