   If you left it to these conpiracy theorists, what will their answer be for the salvation of mankind? the world is a complex place. When one family starts a business and becomes successful, in the eyes of many, it is plausible. TThat company could be any company though, tobacco company, pharmaceutical company etc. They pay taxes but they want to make profits(capitalism) also. To some they become evil empires but then to others thats a means of living… Big business perpetuates evil but also employs people who willfully desire to earn a living…

    why if you express a contrarion view should you have the answer to the salvation of mankind? no one has that answer, foh with that nonsense.

    the problem is not with the existence of companies and corporations but their actions. there is gross negligence on the part of regulatory bodies within the government whose role it is to make sure corporations dont exploit and rob the people. a GREAT deal of that negligence is a direct result of corporate presence in D.C. in the form of lobbyists, in the ears and pockets of our elected officials working against regualtion, working against the interests of the people…. but a lot of people just dont get it, brothas like KRS1 are tryin to enlighten people to the fact that corporations are working overtime to be the only ones heard in government, and to have only their concerns met and they’re doing so through contributions and what not.

    its a question of ethics and a ridiculous concentration of wealth and power

    There are laws that govern corporations. They are not being implemented properly but in a democracy the people get a chance to choose their leadersip ever so often. Corporations are essential for all the progress and advancements we all enjoy as the general public. The lobbyists do their part but to say Obama is a part of some grand scheme to destroy the world is plain silliness. The people have to be educated to make the right choices and that is not in the control of any one all-powerful few!!
