this shit sound like some leftover LLCoolJ or JaRule beats…
coaster status … wanst “Back Like That” already on one of his LP’s ?…
this cant be life…
Ghostface worst lp by far… not even close…
nice CD cover though…
the cd cover > the cd …
and wasnt Ghostface (and Rae) popping shit about the beats on “8 Diagrams”?… Ghost aint got no room to talk… he could have used 3 or 4 (or all) RZA or Allah Mathematics or 4th Disciple beats… i cant stress enough, how bad this lp is… i cant believe this the nigga that made Ironman & Supreme Clientele …

Wizard Of Poetry isn’t that bad of an album so far, but i’m only 4 tracks in, I assume he put all the halfway decent joints at the begninning

maybe dude meant the music will be watered down…but dudes gotta eat and music can only feed you for so long.
================================
Cats don’t understand that Jay-Z is just as much a brand as Nike or McDonald’s. Whether they get a label to invest in their career or they invest in themselves, the music is the product & their name is the brand.
It’s a music “Business”.
The two aren’t exclusive, like a rapper can’t make good, credible music & still be about his business.

i think he knew it was going to be weak, thats why he was hyping up that “def jam wants a rae, ghost, and meth album.”
-which sounds like a good ass idea to me!

Fif can go in and do a hard ass album (Ayo?) and I think the shit would be crazy.
But it won’t sell. Or at least that’s what he thinks.
Dude’s so conditioned to making these huge crossover records (or thinking he can make those kinda records) that he won’t put out a real street album.

smfh @ the blatant swagger jacking thats been going on since max went back in. first everyones wavy now niggas reffering to themselves as “bigga’?

the Rae/Ghost/Meth album will drop right after Detox
September 22nd, 2009 at 12:47 am
this song is so boring…*yawn*…after 10 years of aggressive content…can he switch of his style…..if not flow just subject matter…or be somewhat creative with these “i got my gun” raps
*listens to “Corner Bodega”*

I thought OK You’re Right was dope but by itself, it’s not enough to sell that album.
But if he would have had 1 or 2 hot street singles, some real throwback GRODT type shit but dealing with his circumstances today, dealing with the money & the drama, I think people would pay attention. His “pop sensibilities” are what fucked up Curtis. The grimey joints were crack.

50 Cent – U Don’t Know Lyrics
Turn my garbage music high, high, high, high-er
“You don’t know.. what you’re doing, doing, doing, doing..”
Sure I do..
I smarten up, open the dumpster up
One garbage, two garbage, three garbage, four
In eighteen months, eighty garbage more
Now add that number up with the one I said before
You are now lookin at one hot garbage black boy
Momma don raised a fool
Put me anywhere on God’s green earth, hot garbage i rap
Motherfucker – I, will, not, rap good
“You don’t know.. what you’re doing, doing, doing, doing..”
Put somethin on it
I sell garbage in the tip, I sell hot garbage to a bin
I am the wackest baby, I’ll sell garbage to a dump
I was born to act mean, raise one eye brow and mean mug,
make candy shop songs
while takings steroids to look mean, never follow orders
Dickface, get your shit plate, fucka this is 50
I.. hahahaha..
“You don’t know.. what you’re doing, doing, doing, doing..”
