Drake: “I have never met Kia Shine or worked with him… I borrowed one line from a Lil Wayne song that he produced the BEAT for.”

***not necessarily a finance book, but “the Richest Man in Babylon” is a dope foundation for financial principles- you’d prolly enjoy reading it- it’s more of a financial philosophy book, than a straight up “how to”- it’s an easy, informative read, though…

Malice: Because we care about it, man. We can do everything they’re doing now. I mean, we can put out an album in a week. We can do that. But I wouldn’t be happy with it. I think our songs, our albums, singles, even the mixtapes, everything is handcrafted.”

^^ahh..real estate depends on your market. For example where I live (H-town) our properties don’t really appreciate very fast at all compared to the 3 other larger cities (NY LA CHI) So if I buy property, its to live in, not flip, cause I won’t even begin to see a real prophet for at minimum 5yrs
