    does a jay-z album even need promotion. i remember around vol 2 jay saying he want to just drop a album on a random day without promotion before he retired. i think the album would do the same numbers before regardless cause of word of mouf.

    U know people steal; cd’s scratched.. i always cop 2 first week, the cds are usually 9.99 so ill co 2, bout 2 of all of biggies, pacs and even a couple of nas’s…

    Yea, that was supposed to be the orig. black album, no singles, no videos, no promo, just drop the album..not sure if that will ever happen, due to any time jay in the studio we know about it (fckn internet age), but i do think he will drop albums every 6 mths for the next couple of years…
