Then, as Leona Lewis launched into the hook of Nina Simone’s “Please Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood,” he croaked, “Drizzy Drake: I love you, bwoy!” That namecheck was the only clue to most attendees that Wayne had just blatantly violated the unwritten rules of his own freestyle game by spitting another artist’s words. Though almost lost in host Russell Brand’s commentary on promise rings and presidential politics, it was a coronation moment rarely seen in the arena of rap, and with one verse, Wayne introduced the name of his protégé to the mainstream in dramatic fashion. True, but Nah is supposed to be an HONEST cross section of fans and I know everyone is not feeling the album like that but you don’t see that reflected here. I actually dig the album but I can’t be a part of the hype machine proclaiming BP3 a classic. I’m just offering a different opinion then the ones reflected on here & even if I’m dolo, at least all the lurkers wiil get another viewpoint to think about.

Its not a classic, compared to jay albums, but when you compare it to music thats coming out since his last album, its one of the best..the production and the word play is crazy and just to be able to play the album form front to back is a gem in itself….kingdome come to me was clearly a bad album, but this album to me, shows what he wanted to do with kingdome come and i think its a damn good album

I never said KC was “better” then BP3, but it has some qualities that BP3 lacks & vice versa.
Namely, there’s a darkness there that BP3 is devoid of.
