True, but you have to look at the influences in environments that are predominantly lower income (and typically certain demographics) versus others, from the liquor stores to the types of restaurants to the types of mental images forced into people’s heads from an early age. Every time a strong positive leader or influential person among the minorities rises up to create awareness or bring a sense of empowerment through community they seem to get taken out, whether physically or through their character being ruined in the media. I think it’s more to it in some cases than just coincidence or natural order.

Some of you sound like hip hop conspiracy theorist. it’s pretty lame. and yet i read it because theres a part of me that enjoys the pain of skimming through your unfounded, speculative bullshit to find that thought provoking gem like… “How did he get Em and Wayne on a track.”
Who was responsible for that? Who made that happen and how did it come about? Is Drake, his team and his track record proving strong enough to make things happen. Is it possible, they said, we’re doing a track for the Lebron soundtrack, lebron needs this. Or maybe Em all parties felt the vision of the song and the general lebron project and felt it was something worth contributing to. Either way, we have 20 something young folk making moves at their own accord.
That’s the only undisputed fact few seem to willingly admit.
