Funny story, at that same show, my man (same guy who filmed this) spotted Jay walking right passed us during Talib’s set, holding what seemed to be the staff that he had just thrown into the crowd. I walked up to him and told him I used to do wmdeez/full-timed at NR and his eyes popped right out of his face. Good times.

Thats how the Way I Are was made. It was influenced by this track called Satisfaction, I think Pitbull recentley did a cover version of it. Also, a lot of Timbos more recent beats are co-productions with some unknown producers.
