   So I’m walkin’ down U Street and I see this homeless dude passed out on the steps in front of The Republic (formerly known as Republic Gardens). He was slumped to the left whilst leaning on the rail. I peeped the newspaper stickin’ out of his back pocket and a lighter laying on the step. It took everything within to not grab that lighter and light his ass on fire (no Busta/Pharrell).
