And them not having a better showing is going to hurt other artists. And you can’t blame anyone but the soldiers. It’s just that simple.

    Lilly Allen was an internet singer & look where she is now…most of the Indie Rock Groups out here have a major buzz on the net before anything else too…the majority started on the net

    Only difference is, their FANS on the net actually support these artists and buy their shit the first day it comes out…They couldve easily downloaded it..You can download EVERY ALBUM. So thats not really a valid excuse either….

    They will never support artists like that. The days of selling CDs is over, the days of “popular” artists are over. I swear that Ye is the last real celebrity. LOL

    I think placing trust in record sales is gonna lead to disappointment from now on. As jada & Ross proved. Promotion means shit anymore. Slaughterhouse proved the internet don’t mean shit. They need to ponder the source. It is not the artists, its the idea of buying albums in general.

    Naw, Ross is on a major with TV and radio looks (which still matter, even tho they matter a whole lot less).

    I didnt have any illusions about what they were going to sell, but they couldve sold more, like 30K at least, if all the niggas saying “Slaughterhouse >>>” on the net dropped ten dollars.
