    I was out with this guy I was seeing, my girlfriend and one of his boys that was visitn from out of town and later on in the evening a girl his boy had met that weekend showed up as well. So we were drining, hangin out at a bar. The guy I was seeing , well we weren’t on good terms fro most of the night, when I decided to leave with my girlfriend then he decided he wanted to talk and make nice, which we did. We leftthe restaurant, and his boy and the girl he brought stayed there. We went back to his place, did what we do and I went to sleep. Later on in the night whom I belived was him, came back for seconds, whihc I originally obliged, however a few minutes in I turned to face him, and IT WASN”T HIM, it was his rat faced friend in the bed with me!!! Now, had I not been so tired and intoxicated I would have handled the situation right then and there, but instead I left and drove home, called the police the following day, just spoke with the Detective yesterday and have been informed that there is nothing the legal system can do because what happened to me is not defined anywhere in the law as illegal or a crime…….. I know I left alot out, to clarify, the guy I was seeing has two bedrooms, one to sleep and the other to play. He got sick during the night and moved to the “sleep” bedroom, the friend was not staying at his place, however he had keys to the apartment because the guiy I was seeing gave him the keys to his car, because I drove us back to his place cause he was too drunk to drive, after the incicdent theguy I was seeing, told me he kicked his friend out of his house, however he didn’t do anythign else because this guy was his best friend fro the last 14 years and it was a difficult situation for him to be in. We had only be seeing each other alittel over 3 weeks.
