Monday, July 27th, 2009

DP of datnewcoodie shot this and also got to interview Cudi yesterday:

Got a chance to hit Summer Jam in Auburn, Washington to catch Cudi live. He had a short set which was disapointing but at the same time it was expected, probably around 15 minutes. Here’s a quick 7 minute recap of his performance. My interview with Cudi is coming later this week as we talk about his upcoming Complex feature.

Hit the jump to see Asher perform “I Love College,” courtesy of S4H.

Video: Lil Wayne Prepares For America’s Most Wanted Tour

Monday, July 27th, 2009

So if I understand correctly from MTV News’ account of last night’s rehearsal is that Lil Wayne actually isn’t prepared and does not know one fucking word of any of the songs he has to play tonight. And although Drake has recovered from his ACL injury, he won’t be performing his full 30-minute set. This should be good.

The (Young Money Presents:) America’s Most Wanted Music Festival kicks off tonight in Scranton, PA. Check out all the tour dates here.

The guys receive the shoes that Kanye named after them, whilst listening to “Death of Autotune” & “Run This Town.” Notice the Roc chain at the end of the clip.

And at the end of the day, we all gonna sit back… and eat breakfast in Hawaii – No I.D.

Spotted at Ibn’s blog and check out Don C’s blog here.

Jenny Boom Boom and DJ Biggmann from Hot 93.7 interview the Clipse! They talk about their new album, working with Pharrell, “sometimes we fight”, also they discuss their drug past, their former manager being arrested for a 10 million dollar a year drug ring and whether this album will talk about the drug business. “If the whole northeast, eastcoast ain’t in a frenzy behind this then hip hop is dead.”
