I tried that P-90X plyo jawn, and even though I run like an escaped Kunte Kinte on the regular, that shit KILLED me…felt like I had never worked out before in my life…

The homie at work has been doing that for a couple months, did the eating plan and all the workouts and he is getting cut the fuck up and slimming down like crazy. Went from lazy stoner to athlete quick, but the workouts are brutal. Between the workouts and the diet, it takes waaaay too much will power, time and dedication.

**The workouts are actually 45-90 minutes….typical workout stats….the only thing is, at least for me, after you do that shit, there’s no way you feel like working out/getting out of bed/breathing the next day…I felt like I was gonna hurl (c) Garth from “Wayne’s World”…
