***when I moved up to 10 miles, I cut back workouts to 4 times a week, instead of every day…this is a couple of years ago- I went back to my typical 5-7 mile steez, because it’s more realistic, considering that I have limited free time- I can knock out 7 miles in about an hour, if I run at a conversational pace…

The homie at work has been doing that for a couple months, did the eating plan and all the workouts and he is getting cut the fuck up and slimming down like crazy. Went from lazy stoner to athlete quick, but the workouts are brutal. Between the workouts and the diet, it takes waaaay too much will power, time and dedication.
