   how do yall wake up in the morning? do u throw darts at a life-sized picture of drake in a hamburglar shirt to get urself going?

   here are the facts:

   -drake put out a mixtape that is better than your favorite album
   -drake’s single was being played on the radio even though his management was asking them not to
   -yeezy stepped up and made a video for the song that is the most elaborately sexual music video in like the last 10 years (excluding the WSHH shits where it’s just a dude and three weed carriers in an atlanta strip club making it rain monopoly money whilst naked bitches gyrate) and has creative concepts and cinematography in it, to boot
   -drake stays independent and owns all of his own shit

   everyone can love and hate whatever they want but i swear yall want this kid’s plane to crash or maybe u want him to get poisoned next time he’s drinking wine at passover

   let the kid live! he’s fucking dope!

   but i liked the BIEH shit. it was minimalist and muted…no bright lights or closeups, more panoramic. i get it, but maybe not appropriate for Drake’s audience.

    Music is subjective, so to state that Drake “…put out a mixtape that is better than someone’s favorite album” doesn’t make sense.

    I find it hard to believe that an unsigned artist who is on the grind to become a star would ask a radio station to not play their record on the radio. (If he was asking MTV not to play Degrassi High, THAT I could believe. Lost.)

    “Yeezy stepped up and made a video for the song that is the most elaborately sexual music video in like the last 10 years” again subjective, and also, is that really an accomplishment? To say that that video has “creative concepts” is a stretch (slow motion boobs and implied sexual positions/stretching movements? Trust me I’m a straight dude so I dug it, but come on) And cinematography? LOL um… all films/videos have it, whether it is done well or not is another matter, also subjective.

    Can Drake rhyme/rap yea he is decent, I waouldn’t say he is groundbreaking or genre-challenging though. He’s very POP and I just don’t like POP very much. Bu he’s ok IMO.
