Wale is not doing himself any favors with this pop bs. He’s trying to make pop crossover songs, and as much as I want him to be successful, neither song is that good to me (though I will at least allow that Pretty Girls could grow on me). Making mediocre pop songs is not a good look. The pop audience is not going to latch onto it, and the audience from the mixtapes who know how much talent and potential Wale has/had are just gonna get frustrated.

I think this is the first time a single has made me STOP looking forward to someone’s album.

I’m over Family Guy.

I very much prefer Futurama over Family Guy.

I like a story with jokes. I see Family Guy as just a template with a cluster of random miniature skit’s finagled in there.

Of course that is not all there is to the show and I think it’s a great show.

It works for them I guess but I’m not really feeling it anymore. . . over it.

word, i’ve been done with that show for a good minute. the jokes weren’t as in your face before it came out of retirement a few years ago. it blew up and became self-aware as a part of pop culture, and now its basically an animated version of an Eminem single.

i know i watched it one time and saw that they did a reaction to 2 girls 1 cup with Stewie… i was way past done. shit was mad corny.
