   Interesting, i would say they both are pawns tho for the white men

   too much cardio, this is good if you still got a christmas ham to work off… plus you’re not giving yourself a day of rest, so all the muscle workouts are in vain

   ^I do alot of distance running, so 5-6mi is basically a warm up for me. Those are days off, and also I do nothing on Sunday.

   I’m not really trying to build more muscle when I lift, just really to get stronger, vary up the routine etc etc.

    I been stopped working out for like a year, but I’m starting up again.

    My lungs are weak as fuck though. Always have been. It would take a while for me to be good enough to run 5 miles.

    my girl runs 5 miles every other day so its cool. LOL.

    smart shit then, i usually go every other day, strength as well, 10min cardio before my workout and 5 mins afterwards along with strength so i don’t cramp up, i’m an ectomorph so it’s hard for me to get huge muscles, but i’m toned as a mo’fukka (||)
