^I do alot of distance running, so 5-6mi is basically a warm up for me. Those are days off, and also I do nothing on Sunday.

I’m not really trying to build more muscle when I lift, just really to get stronger, vary up the routine etc etc.

Diddy had an issue with Jay-Z declaring D.O.A because as you might know, his next album will feature large elements of electro/autotune music, fused with hip hop.

Interesting, i would say they both are pawns tho for the white men

Diddy had an issue with Jay-Z declaring D.O.A because as you might know, his next album will feature large elements of electro/autotune music, fused with hip hop.

Apparently, Diddy’s legal team gets in touch with Jay, through Kevin Liles.

Diddys legal team has threatened to withdraw funding for Roc Nation, until the issue is cleared, which is why the label is being distributed through Sony BMG and not Warner Music Group.

I’m still trying to find out wheter this is factual or not.

Wednesday – 5-6mi run
Thurs – Shoulders/Bi’s/Legs
Friday 3-4mi run, around 100 each of Dips/Pullups/Pushups
Sat – 9-10mi run
