    I used to think Meth was the best out of the Wu too at one point, but tical wasn’t that good and neither were his follw up albums.

    Ghostface has the crown out of the wu.

    I remember when I used to think highly of the Wu… Now not so much. Probably because I heard all those classics back to back.

    ODB was right beside him. “You’re All I Need” put Meth over as far as the fans but ODB’s 1st album was way better then Tical.

    Ghost screwed up puttin that Clyde Smith skit on Clientele… why blemish an otherwise impeccable record with a couple minutes of shit talkin by Rae in a distorted voice devoted to another cat who had no real shine at the time…. and who went on to become what he did. Gotta hand it to 50… Two of the greatest MC’s of our time at the peak of their powers, devoted time on record to a kid without an album out…

    Imma have to disagree with Curtis ALWAYSOFFTHEMARK Jackson. Meth may have had the most star power, but when it comes to consistency, ear for beats, and overall technique, Tony Starks takes the cake.

    there isnt ONE GZA album that hasnt been completely lyrically on-point
    even legend of the liquid sword was LYRICALLY brilliant
    GZA is, in my opinion, the most consistently underrated member of the wu
    most cats can only name one GZA album
    he has SIX brilliant albums
    his lyrics are always the most subtle, the deepest, and the most packed with metaphors
    his albums are the most uunderstated and underground
    who copped Pro Tools?
    the Genius consistently rates critically higher than Meth, except possibly with his first album, which is pre-wu-tang anyway, and extremely underrated for bullshit reasons

    of course, the entire argument is retarded because everyone knows why 50 says what he says, and even being the WORST member of the fucking WU is a fucking HONOUR
