That’s why when you purchase a house that you might want to renovate..you have to ask your city about PERMITS, and can you built it if you chose
^ I’ll look into that but the backyard is small cause there is a street right there. Which is why its the cheaper house because not much land is mine in the backyard. I was trying to stay away from tha homes on that strip with the street in the backyard. The backyard is like 5 yards, then the sidewalk, then the street lol
