   if you factor in the cost of living in NY, DC makes more. I was talkin to this chick in the airport, she was paying 1000 dollars for a studio apartment in NY.

   ^the cost of living in DC (proper) is pretty similar to NYC…when you get out in MD and VA you can find cheap places.

    Pac is my favorite rapper, but I give Jay-Z the default victory because he was around in there era & didn’t get smoked and continued to make timeless music, his track record is unmatched

    but that really because so many financial types got the axe out here…prices have dropped major in the last 6 months

    I just edited the tags off the track with a little chop. This song is tight work from Cam and a good look for Vado. The hook sounds a little bit of a knock off of Drake’s hit The Best I Ever Had for some reason. I’m still feeling the song though.
