NEWS: The Miami “Cat Killer” has been caught. [Allegedly]
MIAMI (Reuters) – A teenager has been arrested in a string of cat killings and mutilations that horrified residents of Miami’s southern suburbs, police said on Sunday.
Tyler Weinman, 18, of Cutler Bay, Florida, was charged with 19 counts of animal cruelty, 19 counts of improperly disposing of an animal body and four counts of burglary.
Police have said more than two dozen pet and stray cats were killed at night in the Palmetto Bay and Cutler Bay neighborhoods during the past two months. In some cases, the cats were skinned or gutted and the corpses left on the lawns or driveways of their owners.
“I sincerely hope that with this arrest, the residents will feel relieved and their cats will be safe once again,” Miami-Dade County State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle said. “It is expected that the vicious crimes that have plagued these communities will not be repeated.”
The killings had put residents of the areas on high alert and prompted them to take their own cats and strays into their homes at night. The Humane Society and Crimestoppers both offered rewards for information leading to the killer’s capture.

Dwight howard needs a post game bad
…. yeah he desperately needs a post game, an ewing is the wrong person for him, no shots at Ewing he was one of the greats, but what made him so great was his turn around jumpers something Howard will never do, I thought the Magic could of won, but they played all the wrong match ups, Howard should of been guarding gasol, and put Lewis on bynum, Bynum can’t hurt you, plus he gets in foul trouble waaay too early, having reddick on the floor for so long killed them in game 2 and Nelson should not of been playing the entire 4th quarter and OT in game 4, Ariza killed them too, he just straight up out hustled everyone that kid made himself a shit ton of millions during these playoffs, the cavs need someone like him to go along with 2 big men …

obviously you dont know much, #1 Howard needs a Shot he already has a post game, it might not look like it when your being double/triple teamed….#2 JJ Redick should start at shooting guard because he can play good defense and if on a good night can easily rack up 15-20 pts off his shooting, #3 I think what hurt the magic was they stepped away from what got them there which was not playing Nelson…Jameer Nelson healthy is a great player but he clearly ruined the chemistry and it showed.
the only thing the MAGIC is missing is a true leader in a point guard and i think they would be unstoppable because basically they threw the series to the Lakers, there was 3 games no question about it that they should have won.
