And the demo version of the Jaylib album, when it was all Madlib spitting over Dilla beats. I had them shits SUPER early
I dunno how they leaked…but the leaks made me buy the real albums when they dropped. And both of the retail versions were COMPLETELY different

Yea, those were probably the illest eps along with the Yakuza joint. The Shaolin Warrior one was kind of disappointing because the warrior they matched him up with just wasnt on his level, mad one-sided.

^^^^ you aren’t saying anything i haven’t said since i heard both cds. and to bounce off what you said, i wasn’t even going to get the retail joint because i was HIGHLY satisfied with the demo. the thing is when i DL’ed it, jaylib wasn’t a thought yet so the retail felt kinda funny to me because retail usually equate watered down IMO. but i supports them to the fullest and fought myself and bought it. and you’re right, completely different. i was as happy with it as i was surprised. it’s cool to go against yourself every once in a blue…

^Real talk, I’ve been intrigued by Ninjutsu since a yute. All of the major martial arts was birthed from it. But of course, American entertainment/media kinda ruined the legacy due to the ridiculous myths.
I’m currently searching for that show Fight Science that I ripped off the net that I had saved on my external drive. Mysteriously disappeared.
