However with what def jam put into his project they have to be extremely happy with what it did. Way better then Ross when u think about Ross’ promotion and budget. If I rhymed I would rather have a fanbase similiat to Nas or Jada. They r always gonna b good for a certain number of albums and as long as whatever label they’re signed to keeps the overhead on the album reasonable they will always b profitable.

I expect alot of goofiness, alot of hard spit, and 2 or 3 serious introspective tracks. I’m certainly not looking for all of the soul-baring you get on a Joe Budden album. I don’t know if that’s what people mean when they say Em’s content is off, but that’s how I feel about it.

Thats where we differ. With the Interscope machine he still could’nt break platinum. My thing is he should stop trying to and except where he is at. Make good music (feat Ne-Yo WTF?) and stick to the hard shit (n/h). Keep the budget low and make that bread. I’m a Kiss fan but all of his LPs have dissapointed me because he always reaches 4 that mainstream acceptance and it just doesn’t seem organic.

I think Em’s first 3 are up ther with anyone’s first three (im not counting infinite cuz ive never heard it), but encore and relapse are just bad. But at least Encore hadf some exceptional tracks. Im sorry Esk but I have no idea how you can even think that this album is even average, he shows no desire or emotion, none of the Em that was one of the best of all-time. I think the overall thing for me is his voice…for some reason,damn near every song on the album his voice annoys me. And I know he doesnt do the damn fake accent shit on every song, but I went back and listened to a handful of his shit off The Em show and The MMLP and I dont have the problem with either of those. Its not terrible but if you have really listened to all of Em’s shit and been a fan I just dont see how you can be happy with this shit

There’s nuances to the beats & rhymes that you can only catch through repeated listens. I’ve skipped songs on an album that I thought were wack, only to come back to them later on & realize I wasn’t really listening.

Ive never heard an album and been like, man I hate this shit…then 2 months later I love it.

I have. Many times.
There’s nuances to the beats & rhymes that you can only catch through repeated listens. I’ve skipped songs on an album that I thought were wack, only to come back to them later on & realize I wasn’t really listening.
Relapse is a good album. Give it some time.

Sources close to the situation confirmed to ESPN.com the warrants were discovered when Nowitzki’s team of legal advisers hired a private investigator to research Taylor’s background. Two Dallas television stations (KXTA-TV and WFAA-TV) have reported Taylor to be Nowitzki’s fiancée.
“Like I always have, I want to kind of keep my private life private,” Nowitzki said. “I really am not at the stage where I can talk about it yet and feel comfortable talking about it. So I’m more than happy to answer basketball questions, but I think at this point, I just can’t talk about it.”
Taylor was still in Dallas County Jail on Thursday on $20,000 bond after being taken into custody on warrants accusing her of a violating a probation sentence for two counts of forgery and one count of felony stealing in Missouri and a theft-of-service charge for failing to pay for an estimated $10,000 in dental work in Beaumont, Texas.
She was booked into jail Wednesday as Cristal Taylor, but authorities in both states have linked numerous aliases to the 37-year-old, including Crystal Ann Taylor, Christian Julie Wellington, Christian B. Travino, Crystal Nobles, Christy Nobles, Kristi Briana Westerhauf, Cristal Taylor Westerhaus, Christa A. Westerhays, Deborah Jackson, Shana Mancini, Crista Santiago, Crystal Ann Santiago, Crystall Ann Taylor and Kristin L. Rogers.
