Still my favorite rapper but damn that big screen makes him look old.
Rawse talks his shit live from St. Martin. Boasts about his first week [of course], big ups the Yeezys, gives Triple C some cameratime, then starts an anti-G-Unit/Shady tirade:
Them niggas got dropped from Interscope. I popped a bottle of champagne. And “Schindler’s List” ain’t even drop yet. [Listed on early DTR tracklists.] We’re saving that for the Triple C debut album.
…Now they [Whoo Kid in a video last week] saying “munghkey” could be black-on-black racial. So the only way I can fix that: Eminem, you’re a munghkey. He’s really a hunghkey [honky]. But that’s racial.
…It’s no longer Curly, RIP. Now he’s Woodface.
Fresh from the studio considering the swine flu references…

Props to OnSMASH.
Rook, Colione, and Kenny Bartolomei talk about making [the best instrumental of '09, hands down,] Maybach Music 2.
Kenny: What’s crazy about that beat is that each verse is different in it’s own way. We catered it to the specific artists that were gonna be on there. We knew that Kanye was gonna be on it.
Colione: We went the extra mile with this track cuz we knew this was gonna be one of our legacies. When we were working on this, this was back when the Graduation came out. We were listening to Kanye and we were like, ‘What kinda instruments would he sound good rapping on?’ So we thought about it and listened to some of his music, and we incorporated that into our music. Then we went to the next artist and the next artist. It’s like we scored a movie soundtrack. And we take that extra mile on any shit we do.
Shake put up the first leak from Murs’ next project, The Melrose. No release date yet. This track has a summer feel so you can take a guess from that.
This was on his Who The Fuck Is B.o.B. mixtape. Here’s the NoDJ courtesy of TJ Chapman’s twitter.
