After a two hour drive from relaxation to work, I listened to Deeper than Rap front to back. The conclusion is: Wow. This is a really good ALBUM. My only problem is the dream feature song. It would have been better suited as an itunes bonus.

…And whomever picked that as the second single cannon-balled the album in my opinion.

… took awhile to get around to listening, but I’m glad I did. he isn’t the best or anything, but when he raps he is pretty damn good. He can actually sing too but I’m not a huge fan of rappers singing even when they can sing good without autotune but his songs where he just raps are really quite good, I have only heard so far gone and successful, ignorant shit november 18th and says whats real are great songs ….

i’m pretty sure the reason drake is winning right now is because he seems like an accessible person and he raps from an honest place. he’s got room to grow (stop it) as a rapper and def. as a singer but he’s a genuine, like-able [ll] person with crazy bars. Say What’s Real is the most introspective you can get as a young talent, once I heard that I knew it was really just a matter of time.
