Like women haven’t seen years of reality TV and really don’t know what goes on in these shows, like they don’t willingly make a fool of them selves, where’s the accountability? Like willingly doing porn and getting nutmeg splattered all over your face is more respectable then acting like birds on a reality show, it’s all non-sense and if a women doesn’t respect herself then why should i respect her? If you want to make a fool of yourself or degrade your value on TV or movies then why shouldn’t i benefit from it especially when most of the time they are benefiting from it too…look at all the people that go on these shows and end up getting their own show and making their own bread…That’s like saying why do niggas go to strip clubs and watch women get money thrown at there face and them having to scoop dirty money off the ground….all hypocrisy….

To touch on a point Joe made earlier : I’m not sure if that’s neccessarily true. I can’t imagine a white dude that already had respect for black women being swayed by their portrayl on a reality show. And I know you said “reinforcing”, but racism isnt logical, real racists use absolute bullshit to justifiy their beliefs, rarely is it based on actual situations. So someone who would look at cici (as an example) as subuman would have found a reason to feel that way, wheter it be Flavor of Love or something else.
