Three/21 Media Launches Channel Three/21
What Rik Cordero and the folks at Three/21 Media do and what we do here at Nah Right go together like piff and cigar paper. Rik and the artists that we all know and love create the visuals, and myself and countless other blogs out there disseminate it to the masses. Rik recognized the value of these symbiotic relationships early on and has always gone above and beyond the call of duty in his efforts to support the other players in this here new media food chain. And so for that reason, it gives me great pleasure to be able to support Rik and company as they strive to expand their empire.
Today Three/21 officially launches Channel Three/21, a new dedicated site that will allow them to showcase their work in a single location, in all of it’s hi-definition glory. In the short clip above, Rik and his partner Nancy Mitchell join Jamie Hector (you may know him as Marlo from The Wire) at a rehearsal for a play called “Gonna Work It Out” that he’s doing with his Moving Mountains production group. Jamie also says a few words about Three/21’s upcoming feature film Inside A Change, which looks amazing, and will begin screening in July.

*Fixed
And the Byrd Gang album had some joints. Harlem’s AG too.
Jones is no Jay-Z, but I can’t deny that he’s made some dope music, especially when he was with Max.

Again, I think all those crossover joints fucked the album up a lil.
“Blow The Bank” = Jones version of “Whatever You Like”
I knew dude was going for the ladies when he started bulking up & surprise, 1st opportunity he gets he performs shirtless on MTV.
Fucking man-Whore lol.
He coulda used a Max B. hook or 10 on this album.

========================================
Max is the reason Hustler’s P.O.M.E. holds up so well.
He wasn’t on every song, but the songs he WAS on, were the foundation of the album.
Bright Lights, Big City >>>
But Jim wasn’t giving max no verses, just hooks. They tried to keep him tucked in the background.
