Ghostface may possibly my favorite MC of all time. His catalog is literally, as close to flawless as one can get. His verse on “Impossible” changed the way I saw hiphop. That shit was past Western poetry, and past street “narration”. It was something else entirely, that I cant really quantify.
With that said, I can’t listen to a song with Pleasure P. Past the fact that he was in Pretty Ricky (unarguably the worst R&B group this decade), dudes name is Pleasure P. I mean, come on (ll), thats wrong.

1. Because he’s an above average MC who gets more hype then he really deserves.
2. He’s white, so people believe that it’s more a great white hope thing then his actual talent/production selection/charisma etc.
3. His freestyles suck.
4. He sounds a lot like Eminem vocally, which was a major reason why people started to listen to him.
Personally, I think dude is ok and I respect that he’s stuck in his own lane and shit. You can tell he writes his rhymes, which is becoming a lost art. His has some ill lines now and then, but outside of ” I love college” I couldn’t name 2 or 3 songs that I’ve really liked.
