Since everyone can’t live in New York City, OKP took our camera crews into “The Roots present The Jam” @ The Highline Ballroom to bring you a virtual video taste of the new weekly jam session. The jump off last week was a crazy first show, with Talib Kweli, Pharoahe Monch and John Forté Jr. trading verses side by side, along with Black Thought and Dice Raw.
Overall it was an incredible evening. Check out these two webisodes for the live experience brought directly to your ‘puter. After the jump is the 2nd video in this series, and it fully captures one of Capn’ Kirk’s amazing guitar solos. Look at those fingers!
