   An Associated Press investigation found that over the past five years, the money the military spends on winning hearts and minds at home and abroad has grown by 63 percent, to at least $4.7 billion this year, according to Department of Defense budgets and other documents. That’s almost as much as it spent on body armor for troops in Iraq and Afghanistan between 2004 and 2006.

    I remember seeing tyb talk about posting comments via his ps3. I tried that the other day and no happenings. I got an error 404. I can configure some things, but I had no clue where to start with that.

    I think both PT and TOTM are good albums. Mostly good tracks…a couple fillers.

    Luda’s shit is all punchlines, whereas TIP kinda preaching on his impending bid…so for the true life spit i gotta give it to Cliff. [||]

    rappers still talking shit like they was speaking in farts. I smirked when I heard that, nothing epic, but it worked. I favored this over the maligned story. I did wrong, forgive me and buy my album, wrapped in an album.

    theater of the mind was played out before it dropped (thanks NMC)(i guess i could say the same for tip), but it was much more consistent than paper trail, at least he went gold though.

    And I tuned in to Chelsea when her guest wasn’t black or in hip hop and it was shit.
