Whether such proposals can pass is another issue, though each idea has its supporters. Betty Yee, chairwoman of the California Board of Equalization, the state’s tax collector, said that legal marijuana could raise nearly $1 billion per year via a $50-per-ounce fee charged to retailers. An additional $400 million could be raised through sales tax on marijuana sold to buyers.
The law would also establish a smoking age — 21 — effectively putting marijuana in a similar regulatory class as alcohol or tobacco. Marijuana advocates argue that legalization could also decrease pressure on the state’s overburdened prison system and law enforcement officers.
All of which, Ms. Yee said, at least makes the proposal worth talking about in a state with chronic budget problems and a law already on the books allowing the medical use of the drug.
“We know the product is out there, and we know marijuana is available to young people as well, but there’s no regulatory structure in place,” Ms. Yee said. “I think it’s an opportunity to begin the debate.”

True. They all have their strong points.
For the record, I’ll say that the PS3 is the better system. It has many features and can do a lot of things.
I chose the Xbox on the strength of the very extensive game catalog, Arcade games, and exclusive content.
I’ll probably end up getting a PS3 over the summer.

…. no not at all, thats how I used to do it, when I would get a new CD I really fucked with I would listen to that and only that until I couldn’t listen to it anymore, and probably the last album that made it in straight rotation for me for this long was the Black Album I had that playing for at least a month straight, thats how I do but there hasn’t been anything thats been able to hold my attention for this long in awhile, I’ll get back around to listening to his other shit again too but i’m not done knowledging and appreciating padded room, why people can’t just let people be happy with enjoying a certain CD continues to baffle me, I don’t understand how people like max b. but when people come in here and talk about how great his latest mixtape is and it’s better than anything out I let them enjoy it, who the fuck am I to rain on their parade and tell them they shouldn’t enjoy it, I can’t decide what they like and you nor anyone else can decide what I like so why do you feel the need to try and convince me that I shouldn’t like what I naturally like ?

The name is the name. I would’ve been changed my a.k.a, like I do on all the other sites I leave comments on, but Nah mods name changes. And I’ve said good shit about a buncha artists, including Joe Budden. I can understand riding out with a classic album for a couple weeks but PR is anything but. The fact that you can play that shit on a loop for 3 weeks straight is a testament to your stannism. I have nothing against people liking what they like, but Padded Room was overhyped & it underwhelmed.

… I said we still need to address the QB sitiation, but they will have more of a focus on the power running game and leon to switch it up, that and a mean aggressive high pressure D can get it done, wort to Joe Flacco going to the AFC Championship and again I said that needs to be addressed but your not in much better shape at the QB sitiation either, I was just saying I like the moves the Jets are making early I’m not saying super bowl but they will not be an easy team to beat at all next year no matter whose the QB and I bet it will be Brett Ratliff that kid is nice, we shall see how he holds up for a regular season game though, Kellen Clemens never really got a fair shot the year he played cause he was playing behind one of the worst o-lines ever and that is fixed gang greens got a crazy nice o-line now
