I jog in the graveyard
Spar in the same ring
Now it’s house by the building
Where Malcolm X was slain
I spring train in the winter
Round early December
Run suicide drills over and over
With the weight of the world on my shoulder
That’s why they call me “Hova”
I’m far from being God
But I work goddamn hard
I wake up the birds who in the nerves is sleep
I’m catching my second wind the second the first one end
I am “focused man”
And I’m not afraid of death
And I’m going all out
I circle the vultures in a van and
I run the block (run)
Pull up in a drop (pull up)
Push up on my money (push up)
I’m in great shape dunny
I keep jacks jumping thirty six sets
Like a personal trainer I teach coke to stretch
I pump and rock sweats
All white trainers
The ghettoes, Billy Blanks
I show you niggas what pain is
Maintain your stamina
Hov will damage ya
Spot you two rhymes y’all niggas is amateurs
The fifth
A dead lift if
Niggas don’t want to get shot then y’all niggas better squat
I drop your set for rep
No need to hit the showers
The spit from the fifth leave you wet

Have you ever even listened to his music? If you’re basing your opinions on the media hype, you failed.

>>To say there was no social commentary in Pac’s lyrics makes me question your Hip-Hop aptitude. And who was he to be talking to niggas like that? That’s like saying who was MLK to be trying to make peace. Not saying Pac is MLK, but to look past the message just to question the messenger? C’mon eskay, you’re better then that homie.
first of all, see my follow up comment. second of all, when did I say there was no social commentary? finally, of course you have to question the messenger. if a Klan member rode up on a horse talking that Black Power shit, would you accept it?
anyway, like I said, I actually do respect the person Pac was and I enjoy alot of his work, but this blind dickriding from Pac stans is fucking disgusting. that nigga was smarter than the average idiot on the street, but that ain’t saying much.

Even though that was his name, I’ve never seen Q Tip as abstract
And Keith predates Q-Tip anyways.

LF- I listened to Style Wars again, during my workout yesterday….I hadn’t listened to it in a minute, but seriously….Jay Electronica is gonna be that nigga that real hip hop heads are talking about in 10 yrs, maybe even part of the G.O.A.T. conversation, if he manages his career properly, and puts out a proper album…

Good comparison. Kool Keith is off the chain, b. You have to hear his music to be able to undertand exactly how out there he is while still maintaining his flyness lol.

***Nah, I never listen to media hype…I’m just saying that the Kool Keith material I’ve heard of his doesn’t live up to the reputation…he’s a pioneer and all, but his incoherent ramblings don’t live up to the GFK, MF Doom benchmark for brilliant gibberish…that nigga’s just weird…there was a white boy @ my job who tried to preach the Kool Keith gospel, but that same m’fukka tried to put me on to Lyrics Borne…smh..recommendation failure…

Listening to Jay Electro yesterday, I picked up a lot of Christian themes that I missed, earlier….comparisons to Christ, at war for God, etc….I would love to hear Jay Electro collaborate with Nas (of course) P. Monch, Killer Mike, or even the Game (totally different, but i think that their styles would compliment each other)…
