    I said this already but when you’re a star like Wayne u can hop on maybe one song with one of your up and comers, then you gotta fall back or else the new jack will get relegated to sidekick status. Weezy is in his prime right now and the last thing he’s gonna do is fall back…

    look at what Ye has done …he’s boosted Legend, Common and Cudi without being the main attraction…and thats because he firmly established himself in the mainstream, Wayne just arrived, really…

    I don’t think Wayne can or should be anything but the main attraction at this point in his career and that will hurt Drake as he emerges onto the scene

    drake was bound to blow up regardless of young money affiliation,
    it just so happened to happen, and speed up the process. Drake had a huge following due to his acting on the tv show and his first couple mixtapes.. i even seen drake have like one line in this movie “charlie bartlett” i was like “wtef? is that drake?” but anyway, Drake was bound to get recognized.. but the wayne relationship did garner him a lot more attention.
