    The production on that new shit was trash. I respect him for trying make different types of songs, but he needed different A&R. The whole album sounded like “label made me do it” traks. Murs dont NEED 9th but hes not strong enough of an MC not to stay in his lane.

    yeah, the term and concept of a “mainstream rapper” is some what arbitrary and entirely subjective to the user.
    I was just saying that I have no problem with an average MC like Murs, I mean not everyone can be a GOAT. I would prefer alot more average MCs to abundance of the two extremes
    ie. 3 shit rappers, 11 average MCs & 6 GOATS>>>>> 10 shit rappers & 10 GOATS
