The Obama administration says its economic stimulus package will create or save 151,700 jobs in Pennsylvania over the next two years.
The White House plan looks to bolster the U.S. economy via $825 billion in spending outlays on public works and military construction, energy and scientific research, broadband deployments, water infrastructure, and money for schools, universities and cash-strapped states.
The Obama plan also includes tax credits for lower income and lower middle class families and businesses that create U.S. jobs as well as expanded spending on social services, summer jobs programs and work force training.
The administration hopes the plan will help create as many as 4 million jobs nationally. The plan could save or create 141,700 jobs in Ohio, 21,000 jobs in West Virginia and 70,000 jobs in Maryland, according to White House estimates.

both of thos companies caked off of the war, not to mention all the no bid contracts bush and the boys were handing out to their friends to go over and “reconstruct” iraq- which mysteriously has been a failure and a massive waste of our money…hmmmm
and lets not forget the hundreds of thousands of mercenaries (see Blackwater) that are now getting contracts to operate on American soil (see Katrina)
