Okay, in all seriousness…I have no idea about ING’s loan protfolio. The best I can say about it is that it is not making headlines. But, I agree in all liklihood its not performing well.

Still, interest rates from the fed are at approx 0…and credit is tight. They can still give high interest rates to savers because their cost of capital is nil and they can still charge decent rates for their lended loans.

^Clinton snubbed Carter during his inauguration in 1992. Basically from that point forward, Carter’s public pronunciations of policy have been contradictory to Clinton’s…which most people assume in on purpose.

Clinton snubbed Carter because he believed that it was the policies during that 80s that Carter put in place during his presidency that caused Clinton to lose his governorship (he won it back next election).
