I gotta come back strong tomorrow.I worked all day today.My whole day was off.I`m going back to smoking in the morning.LOL

The whole day felt like I was in a paralell(sp) universe.The day went fast,but in a bad way when you have more work than time alloted.

I did`nt drink any water or take my multivitimin until after 3pm.

My routine was wayyyyy off.
