I know there was a Gangstarr affiliate that went by the name, not sure if that’s who you’re referring to. The only verse I remember from him was “Make Them Pay”. He murdered that shit and got hiphop quotable for it, but if any guest artist off that album should have got a quotable it should have been Deck for Above the Clouds, or Freddie Foxx off Militia (although that rhyme sounds slightly corny now…).
