Cali always had a lot of back packers, they don’t get enough props for that, besides the ganstas that had a lot of backers, shot to Souls of Mischief, fAT Lip and all that, Pharcyde, Akaholics (the original hip hop hippies) wasn’t Exhibit originally with them, Strong Arm Steady is hot, they not backers but spitters.

This particular cut has a nice beat that sounds like it was made specifically for cruising down the highway. Joining Y-O and Thurz are H.O.P.E. & Shawn Jackson, but I can’t positively identify any of the four of them from eachother just yet, and none of the verses particularly stand out to me either. But that doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy this song anyway, because the flows match up with the beat pretty well. U-N-I is working with one of my favorite DJ’s, Mick Boogie, on their upcoming mixtape, so I am definitely going to check for that based on this song and Mick Boogie’s involvement.
