    in case you haven’t been checking, somalis have been outsmarting western militaries for the better part of two decades now. they’re gonna run circles around the naval presence off their coastline as well.

    they’re on fisherman’s boats. any naval force out there has no idea who they’re even looking for. and if illegal dumping is taking place, that means the whole system of tracking which ship belongs where is shot in that part of the indian ocean. not only that, western militaries have the attention span of gnats. worst case scenario: they fall back for a few months, then any naval force assigned there will get itself re-assigned and it’s open season again regardless.

    keep believing in gorilla war fare, what u fail to understand is all of this has been happening b4 natl publicity and media attention, once that happens a huge emphasis is than place on the stopping of this. So it will stop on a large scale but always exist on a smaller scale

    and in the words of the rappin somilan he even stated that it started off as a righteous thing because of the dumping, but than they turned greedy, just like the westerners they hate…
