Real talk, i have no idean how joey brings in any kinda income, has someone actually saw a concert headlined by joe buddens in the last 5 years outside the tri state and its not like people are featuring him on there albums or he ghost writes. I just dont understand how dude has any kind of income coming in, not counting his money, but just reflecting on the obvious

Actually its the best business to be in now, TRUST ME, with the price of real estate falling, the bargins are endless. You make profit on real estate when you buy not when you sell, meaning you but low, hold property, than sell high, similar to stock.
