    remember being a rapper means getting a check here and getting that check there. it’s not every two weeks with a bonus @ year-end like u or me. $120 is kind of high. his sales are super-low. he tours small venues. who knows. maybe ur right but maybe it’s more like $100k even give or take

    Evidence is on the road 8 months out the year…when he isn’t in the US he is overseas doing bigger venues than he does here. And I know he gets at least 5g’s a show, sometime maybe more. My friend just booked an act with about a 1/15th the following and the price was $1500…I’m pretty sure he’s doing alright.

    People clown the sales of a lot of underground artists…but trust me, an act like Dilated can come to your town twice in the same year and sell out both times. I don’t think a lot of commercial artists (Young Berg, etc.) can do that without strongarming onto some bullshit radio show that has 35 acts.
