    Michael Jackson is reportedly in desperate need of an emergency transplant operation to save his life from a rare lung condition, according to the author of a new biography of the singer.
    Best-selling author Ian Halperin has completed a book about Jackson’s life, which claims that the pop icon, 50, suffers from Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, a potentially fatal genetic illness, as well as emphysema and gastrointestinal bleeding.

    “He’s had it for years, but it’s gotten worse,” Halperin told In Touch magazine. “He needs a lung transplant but may be too weak to go through with it … [But] it’s the [gastrointestinal] bleeding that is the most problematic part.     My opinion:
    Rakim is god, kane is lord and savior as far as lyricism goes, The original favorite rappers favorite rappers…but they didn’t sell records…
    LL is THEE blueprint for that Street/commercial balance and always has been even before rap was considered a genre.
    And he sold records, always has even when rap wasn’t commercial.
    He is The GOAT cause longevity, no question, and that can easily overshadow “lyricism” in todays generation.
    Everybodys opinion is different though.
    I feel where Hamilton is comin from but LL got it just as much as Rakim or Kane or KRS or anybody cause LL was nice also dont front…
