Nas top 5 dead or alive. Sorry. His Lyricism is outrageous.

Not based off the strength of this song, (although still crazy), but his pen is still sharp and in his prime he was as anyone to ever do it. His catalog is ridiculous now. Illmatic, It Was Written, I Am, Nastradamus, The Firm Album, Lost Tapes, Stillmatic, God’s Son, Street Disciple, Hip Hop is Dead, and Untitled….about 12 projects plus the QB collabs, all absurd except for Nastradamous and some of Street Disciple which are still pretty dope and have some gems on them.

btw the Untitled album was WAY underrated. I felt like heads should have embraced that album a little more.
